Event Tickets
Refunds for event tickets are accepted up to 7 days before the event date. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered after this period.
Merchandise Orders
Refunds or replacements for merchandise orders are only accepted in cases where parcels are lost or damaged during transit.
If you wish to cancel a merchandise order before it has reached the UK, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.
